Baby Pink Studio offers free standard shipping for orders over CAD$100. Please see below for details:

Baby Pink Studio offers international shipping to the follow countries:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Baby Pink Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Our delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They are always provided in business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas. Once packages are handed over to our shipping provider, arrival times are beyond our control and are subject to the selected shipping service. Additionally, multiple delivery attempts may incur additional charges.

Baby Pink Studio does not held responsible for:

- Mistakes made by Canada Post or Courier Services

- Wrong addresses given by customers

- Damage to orders by postal service

- PO box issues

- Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Items are shipped after processing (1-3 business days). In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Express shipping options are available for selection upon checkout. 

When receiving a delivery:

Please ensure that packages are promptly opened and inspected to verify the correct items were shipped. In the event of any defective items, please contact us at contact@babypinkstudio.ca within 72 hours. Include a description of the damage, photographs, and your order number in your email.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations to online orders can be accommodated once they are processed, we will make every effort to fulfill any requested changes before fulfillment.

Baby Pink Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer's billing information cannot be verified or does not match the delivery address. We kindly ask customers to ensure that all information is entered correctly at checkout to facilitate smooth delivery.
