Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Since all our products are personalized or made-to-order, we can only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges in the event of a fault.

Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Send email to: contact@babypinkstudio.ca with your order number and the reason for the fault, and we will promptly assist you. Once we receive the defective item, we'll ship out a replacement within 3 business days. Please return the faulty item(s) to the following address:

Please note that:

• All items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
• Clothing must be unworn.
• The faulty or incorrect items must be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

If you require a refund due to a fault or receiving incorrect items, we're glad to provide a full refund, including shipping costs. Please email us at contact@babypinkstudio.ca for further instructions. Payments will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Please allow between 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
